Why Corrib Physiotherapy
We are experienced in assessing and rehabilitating pain and injury. Skills manual therapy etc. We provide patients with their own exercise programme, printed with pictures & with an exercise diary. This increases compliance and maximises progress. We are committed to continued professional development and have attended post graduate courses. For example, orthopedic musculoskeletal medicine, first aid, manual therapy and acupuncture.
Donna Kitt, MISCP, MCSP, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Donna is a native of Claregalway. Donna graduated as a physiotherapist from Manchester Metropolitan University. Upon graduation, Donna gained immediate employment at Eastbourne General Hospital in the South of England. Donna gained an impressive amount of experience and knowledge in Eastbourne. She lead the lower limb & back pain rehabilitation classes.
Her rehabilitation numbers speak for themselves:
- 60 patients with low back pain
- 40 patients with neck pain
- 30 patients following keyhole shoulder surgery
- 50 patients with arthritis
- 50 Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction patients
Donna has rehabilitated patients who have had a stroke, patients in intensive care and patients who required physiotherapy after orthopedic and general surgery.
It is fair to say, that Corrib Physiotherapy’s gain was Eastbournes’ loss.
